SWCH12A and SWCH12R material

Hi All,
I'm from Hungary.
I have a drawing, that inculde SWCH12A (JIS G3507) and SWCH10R or SWCH12R (JIS G3539) Japanese steel wire material.
Unfortunately I haven't these material standards and I need machanical and chemical properties.
Furthermore I would like to know equivalent materials.
If anybody know these materials or equivalent DIN/ISO material, please inform me.

JIS G 3507 describes wire rods (hot-rolled) and JIS G 3539 describes wire (cold-drawn). Grade SWCH12A is a low carbon steel for cold heading/forming that does not have an exact equivalent in ISO or DIN EN standards, because the C content is specified as 0.10-0.15. The closest equivalent is CC 11A according to ISO 4954 or C10C (1.0214) according to DIN EN 10263-2. SWCH10R and SWCH12R are rimmed steels, meaning that they are not deoxidized (no Si or Al intentionally added). SWCH10R is equivalent to CC 11X according to ISO 4954. DIN EN 10263 requires all steels to be deoxidized. SWCH12R and 12A are essentially the same except for the deoxidation practice. Mechanical properties depend on whether the wire is drawn only (condition D) or annealed, drawn and annealed again (DA). Tensile strength for SWCH10R in condition D is 340-540 MPa minimum, depending on diameter. Reduction in area is specified as 45% minimum.
